Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 259-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the Carolina Center for Medical Excellence for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Aiken Regional Medical Centers currently has an opening for a Staff Recruiter. The position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing of associate recruitment and selection processes for hospital personnel and Aiken Professional Association. This position will serve as a vital member of the Human Resources department and will assist in developing and maintaining a proactive recruitment process consistent with the hospitals strategic vision.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Mgmt or related field, or 5+ years of Human Resources experience
Previous Human Resources experience required; recruitment experience in a hospital setting preferred
PHR certification helpful
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Knowledge of effective interviewing techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
