Aiken Regional Medical Centers
Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Clinical Nurse Manager - Aiken Surgery Center
Provides twenty-four hour responsibility for personnel and operations of the Aiken Surgery Center. The Clinical Nurse Manager directs, supervises and evaluates the performance of the nursing staff, contributes to the development of a fully qualified and continuously improving staff and supports work redesign and quality improvement within the department. The Clinical Nurse Manager plans and administers the annual budget in collaboration with the Director. The Clinical Nurse Manager integrates evidence-based nursing practice utilizing the nursing process.
Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program. Bachelors required or must be actively pursuing courses leading to a Bachelors degree.
Previous supervisory experience required. Minimum of three years of Surgery nursing experience required.
Current South Carolina nursing license. Current ACLS and PALS certification. Current CPR certification.
Knowledge of human resource management, program development, fiscal management skills, and familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards needed.
