Aiken Regional Medical Centers
Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the Carolina Center for Medical Excellence for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Services provided at the hospital include emergency medical care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, and behavioral health services.
RN NURSE EDUCATOR - STAFF DEVELOPMENT:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating education, training and orientation programs for associates. Collaborates with appropriate associates, managers, community members, physicians, outside agencies to provide educational programs based on assessment of learning needs as identified by survey, testing, document reviews, risk management, peer reviews and/or identified needs of staff or management.
Graduate of an accredited NLN approved RN program. Bachelors degree in Nursing.
Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting. One year of education background preferred.
Current SC nursing license or compact state license; BLS instructor and ACLS instructor.
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, outcomes oriented, and knowledge of education methods.
