Job Description

The Customer Service Representative handles all issues resulting from incoming calls regarding patient accounts. This role reviews/analyzes patient accounts and takes the necessary steps to resolve patient/guarantor issues.

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; or high school diploma or GED with two years of customer service work experience. Punctuality and dependability are critical in this call center environment. Strong initiative and goal oriented candidates desired. Must have excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills. Typing and computer applications knowledge required. Medical related work experience preferred. Capable of working in a fast paced environment under stressful conditions. Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and maintain a positive, can-do disposition.
