Job Description:

This position is responsible for all procedures to the operations for the Registration Department of KershawHealth. Supports all departments in delivery of patient and family centered care. Performs "Guest Relations" functions that assure the highest standard of care for the patient and family. Assures an organized and safe environment for access to patient care. Promotes the personal comfort and convenience needs of patient's and families. Facilitates communication between patient/family and health care members.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:
Knowledge in medical terminology and general office procedures. Previous medical office or hospital registration experience preferred. Previous Meditech experience highly desired.

Minimum Education:
Must be a high school graduate, GED or equivalent
