Answers phones for the Mary Black Physicians group offices in a call center environment. Obtains and enters correct patient demographics into Athena. Schedules appointments and provides assistance in patient request. Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive patient information. Has ability to communicate effectively with superior listening, verbal and written communication skills .
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in healthcare access, customer service, office and/or financial setting
Preferred: Minimum three years experience in healthcare access, customer service, office and/or financial setting
