Newberry County Memorial Hospital
Responsible for the quality, timing and control of all areas of production in accordance to scheduled area. Works closely with Manager/Director to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary operation of production area. Prepares salads, cooks, and bakes per menu.
At least 1 year of prior cooking experince in a related setting is required. Previous food service experince preferred. Ability to communicate, both verbal and written, effectively.
