High School Diploma or GED
Ensures patients and patient care areas are prepared for examinations and office procedures. Assists providers with all respects of direct patient care. Performs procedures and other tasks involved in patient care. Triage patient calls that come into the office.
Qualifications: Requires HSD or GED. CMA certification by American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Healthcareer Association (NHA), or American Medical Technologist (AMT). Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience preferred.
