Assists Marketing Director in developing system-wide branding and marketing strategies. Develops, executes, and evaluates marketing communications plans for key service lines. Oversees general department operations to ensure deadlines and budgetary targets are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required, Master's degree preferred. At least 7 years experience in marketing, communications or related field also required. Must have demonstrated writing abilities for multiple platforms and knowledge of AP style. Minimum of 2 years experience in managing other required. Knowledge of healthcare CRM and marketing automation platforms strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management and organizational skills, and time management skills required. Background in or knowledge of health care preferred.
