The Assistant Patient Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Patient Account Representative, Associate Patient Account Representative and File Clerk. They assist the Patient Account Manager / Director in interviewing for new employees as well as counseling and completing the yearly evaluations of current staff. This position is responsible for the training and continued education of the staff assigned to them.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma required. Some college preferred or equivalency of experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Position requires at least two years of experience in hospital billing office and previous supervision of personnel. Must possess good communication skills both oral and written.
