JOB SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Install and provide support for all client server based technologies. Install and maintain various server platforms. Serves as project leader in a coordinating role between clients and IS personnel for problem resolution, project evaluation and personal systems implementation. Serves as the primary liaison between the IS Department, vendors and clients for multiple complex systems/applications. Provides technical assistance to clients and IS staff. Participates in on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours and weekends, to provide round the clock client support.
MINIMAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of related work experience in information systems support. Experience in client server based technologies is required. Must be a team player with initiative, organizational skills and analytical abilities.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: B. S. degree in Business/Healthcare/Computer Science desired or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of five years of supporting computer systems. Minimum of three years experience including but not limited to: Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange On Line, Sharepoint, Skype, Citrix technologies, storage area network (SAN), Microsoft IIS/SQL/ISA technologies, database administration , client server application support, firewall/network security, VMWare/virtualization technologies, Unix/Linux administration, backup/recovery technologies, JAVA, .NET technologies, Visual Studio technologies, Design and support networks using CISCO layer three switches, wireless networks, and Metro E
