Administrative Secretary - McLeod Quality - For McLeod Cheraw
The Quality and Safety Administrative Secretary provides clerical support for Associate Vice President, Quality and Safety, coordinates Quality and Safety meetings, assists with research and data collection for quality initiatives, coordinates risk management processes, provides assistance to Medical Staff when needed and other projects as assigned. Requires excellent organizational and prioritization skills as well as self direction and initiative. Strict adherence to time schedules and deadlines is vital. Timely completion of assignments and service excellence are expected. Requires good judgment, utmost discretion and confidentiality with highly sensitive, confidential information. Work hours flex with the needs of the department. Some evening work required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma from a recognized accredited program required. Minimum of 3 - 5 years progressive experience in secretarial roles. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including receptionist skills required. Previous experience in preparing reports, minute taking and document composition is necessary. Requires basic computer and office equipment skills including copiers, data projectors, fax machines, etc. Proficiency in Word, and basic Excel Skills required. Power Point skills are helpful. Full-time, 80 hrs bi-weekly; Monday - Friday primarily days, occasional evening meetings.
