Aiken Regional Medical Centers, serving Aiken and surrounding counties since 1917, is a 244 licensed-bed acute care hospital. The only hospital in Aiken County, it is owned and operated by a subsidiary of one of the largest hospital companies in the nation, Universal Health Services, Inc., based in King of Prussia, PA.
